Our imported German KSF Hog Roast machines constructed in Bavaria – Home of beautiful beer and pork. The cooking process is visible throughout, by the use of two heat resistant glass panels which provide added safety as well. The water filled drip tray, that is stationed below the cooking meat, ensures moisture retention. These Hog Roasts offers a superior visual element to your typical machine, by having three simultaneously rotating spits. They can also be used indoors in a well ventilated room.

Our German Spit Roast can cook up to 21 Chickens at any one
time. Seasoned with Paprika, Black Pepper and Cayenne Pepper
delivering a delicious crispy skin finish with moist tender chicken.
Succulent Rolled Pork Leg
We Use rolled Pork Leg to optimize space on our Spit Roast, with no carcass of a pig we can cater for many more people and have a better meat to crackling ratio. The Pork Leg remains incredibly tender and moist after slow cooking for up to 3 hours.
Honey Roast Gammon
Fresh Large Gammon Joints, Scored and Coated with a blend of Honey and Mustard delivering a lovely golden finish to a great cut of meat.
Rolled Turkey Crown
Succulent Fresh Turkey Crown slow cooked to ensure
